1. All prices are currently based on pounds sterling GBP. We also accept payments in Euro, American, Canadian and Australian dollars. EUR, USD, CAD, AUD. All major cards accepted. All goods must be paid in advance for prior to dispatch.
2. 20% VAT is included in all UK and EU purchases. VAT is free for VAT registered UK companies and the rest of the world. Invoices are only sent to billing address. Please contact customer support for an alternative invoice address.
We provide a life time guarantee for every part of OpenWheeler’s chassis and additional platforms. The seat itself comes with a 2 year warranty from the manufacture. We can only offer the standard wheel guarantee covered by the steering wheel manufacturer. */ ?>
3. The equipment we supply is original manufacturers stock suitable for the purposes described on this website and in the manufacturers instructions, provided that the equipment is used in accordance with any instructions supplied and in accordance with good and normal purpose use.
4. If local taxes or duties are due, the carrier will send a separate invoice for the all additional charges and fees. Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes levied at the point of the destination country.
5. The final price quoted on the checkout page is the price of the goods including delivery to the stated destination. These charges include carriage by our nominated carriers to both home and overseas destinations.
6. Our terms and conditions in no way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by English Law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to English legal processes and under the jurisdiction of English Courts.
