The Thrustmaster T500 RS is a high-end racing game wheel with 16-bit resolution. The T500 RS makes use of a magnetic Hall effect sensor, which ensures high levels of precision, and features a fast-responding force feedback mechanism, which guarantees a true-to-life racing simulation experience.
The 30-cm-wide Thrustmaster T500 RS wheel comes with a pedal set, which consists of brake, clutch and gas pedals and a non-slip metal footrest. You can adjust the distance between the pedals as well as their height and choose between 2 positions: suspended (GT-style) and floor-mounted (F1-style).

Gran Turismo 5 Wheel
The Thrustmaster T500 RS is the official GT5 wheel. It allows for a 1080-degree rotation (3 full turns) - 180 degrees more than any other racing game wheel. The shift paddles are attached to the wheel base and do not rotate as you turn the wheel.
The T500 RS is a solid piece of equipment weighing in at 40 lbs (18 kg). The wheel itself is detachable and allows for future upgrades.
The Ferrari F1 Wheel - a T500 RS Add-on
Thrustmaster’s Ferrari F1 wheel is an exact replica of the Formula 1 Ferrari 2011 racing wheel. It is an add-on replacing the default T500 RS wheel and is fully compatible with the T500 RS’s wheel base.
The Ferrari F1 add-on wheel features a number of buttons and knobs, which will allow you to make precision adjustments in real time, as well as two up-and-down speed shifters. All T500 RS owners can make use of this PC and PS3-compatible F1-style controller and see what it actually feels like being behind the wheel of a Formula One car.
The TH8 RS Shifter

Thrustmaster's TH8 RS shifter was built specifically for T500 RS owners who wish to switch gears manually using a clutch pedal and a gear stick, but it can be used by all PC and PS3 sim racing game players who'd like to feel as if they're driving a real car.
Thrustmaster's TH8 RS shifter represents a natural addition to your T500 RS-based sim rig. That is why we offer the T500 RS racing game wheel and its TH8 RS add-on at a promotional price. However, due to its height, the 13-centimeter-tall TH8 RS shifter cannot be mounted on your regular desk or table and will need its own mounting point instead, but you needn't worry - OpenWheeler+'s gearshift mount can accommodate Thrustmaster's TH8 RS shifter.
