T500 RS
For the sake of all T500 RS owners who want to explore the world of Formula 1, Thrustmaster released the Ferrari F1 add-on wheel, which is a life-sized replica of the wheel inside the Ferrari 150° Italia F1 racing car. You can quickly switch from the T500 RS wheel to the F1 Ferrari wheel and vice versa, since the two wheels are fully compatible with each other.
Officially licensed by Ferrari, Thrustmaster’s Ferrari F1 add-on wheel sports Formula One-style switches, buttons and speed shifters. You can fine-tune the car in real time according to the conditions on the track using two rotary encoder knobs and change gears using two push-and-pull paddles. There are also two 8-way, pressure-sensitive D-pads and three 3-position metal switches.
Compatibility-wise, there are two gaming modes: a PC-compatible Advanced mode offering one D-pad and twenty five action buttons, and a PS3 & PC-compatible Normal mode offering three D-pads and thirteen action buttons. The Ferrari F1 add-on wheel is fully compatible with the latest F1 2012 game as well.
